What happens after I place an order?

Now is the hardest part of online shopping! Waiting for the postman to bring you the goods! We'll be notified of your order and get ready to pick and pack all your favourite items. Once we've got all the parcels ready for the day, they will then be handed off to Auspost within 24 hours (business days) to ensure a speedy delivery!
Once we've handed it off, you'll get an e-mail with the details on how to track your parcel, all the way to your doorstep! If you can't find the tracking details, check the junk folder of your email, or contact us at info@jcullenapparel.com to get that fixed for you!

Where's My Parcel?

On its way, we promise! We aim to dispatch all order's within 24 hours of receiving them. After that, it can take up to 8 days for standard delivery and 4 days for express delivery! If it's been some time, and you still haven't received your order, or the tracking doesn't seem to be moving, then reach out to us at info@jcullenapparel.com and we'll investigate it further for you!

How do I return my parcel?

We hope you never have to return your parcel, but we understand that not everything can be 100% all the time, so we'll try to make it as easy as possible for you! Our returns are 100% free for our customers. All you need to do is send an email to info@jcullenapparel.com with the details of your order number, item(s) you'd like to return and any reasoning. We'll be in contact as soon as possible to get you a return postage label and offer either a refund or store credit, dependant on the situation. It's not the most hassle-free system yet, but we're working on making it easier, I promise! 

Where can I find the tracking details to my order?

That darn old Junk folder is at it again! At least, that's our best guess. Most of our emails get sent to our customer's junk or trash of their inbox. Check their first, just in case it has claimed another tracking number as its victim! Otherwise, get in touch with us at info@jcullenapparel.co, and we'll send you all the information you need to track your parcel. 

When will my order be sent?

Within 24 hours of your purchase, provided it is Monday to Friday. Weekend order's will be packed and processed on a Monday. After that all the tracking information you need will be shortly behind!

Am I able to exchange a product I purchased?

Of Course! We get it, there's nothing worse than planning an outfit on in your head, only to get to the day and it's just not quite there. We've all been there. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at info@jcullenapparel.com and we'll help you with every step to exchange your item for a different size, colour, item or store credit.

How long do I have before my Gift Card Expires?

Sometimes picking the perfect present is hard, so a Gift Card is the safe option. We don't want to rush anyone into picking their new favourite items, so our Gift Cards expiry 3 years after the original date of purchase. Still need more time?
